![]() ![]() One noticeable change in Modern Combat 5: Blackout from previous titles is that campaign missions are much shorter. In contrast with previous Modern Combat titles, Modern Combat 5: Blackout uses a "freemium" model, with the game being free-to-play but allowing players to unlock premium content, such as new weapons and armors with in-Game credits, which can be purchased with real-world currency or received in exchange for viewing in-game ads. Gameloft first revealed the game at E3 on Jon their YouTube Channel via a teaser trailer. It was released on Jfor mobile devices and Microsoft Windows. Modern Combat 5: Blackout is the sixth edition in the Modern Combat series, and is the first game in the series developed by Gameloft Bucharest. It was way better when I paid 5$ to play that game way back in the day, but it got worse when it turns to "Free-to-Play" and got littered with all those micro-transactions.| 11:Value = 929 MB at initial download, 1.8 GB final (iOS) MC5 used to be great, I could max out all the weapons casually, now I can't even get the things I want without madly grinding them or just pay up in front. ![]() Player that spent enough time in the game will quickly notice the imbalance, like the Lv15 vs Lv44 crap that we always hear. The new players that give positive reviews usually got tricked by the smooth gameplay in the first few days, easy Tutorials vs dumb bots, and noobs would usually get paired with a noob (my friend who usually play CS GO tried this game and they "think" it's great). Right now new players are confused and got disgusted by the P2W scheme while old players (paying or not) are comfy with all of their maxed Agents destroying the poor new players. Of course we should be mad about it, but we're way past that point by now. If you can just easily get all the good stuff in the game why would you spend a dime in it? A good game can't make you rich, but an addictive trash game just might. ![]() Exactly! They made updates which greatly slows down player's progress and making a huge gap over paying and non-paying users, why? Because the game lacks the $$$ element to make it profitable. ![]()
